F.P. Journe's Quantième Perpétuel Black Label combines a highly complicated perpetual calendar with an unusually restrained presentation. The platinum case measures 40 mm and is only about 10.8 mm thick, keeping the watch surprisingly wearable for the amount of information it displays. Its black guilloché dial is fitted with 18k white-gold Arabic numerals and neatly integrated windows for the day, date, month and leap-year indication, while a power-reserve display and rhodium-plated hands complete the layout.
