Rolex Introduces Certified Pre-Owned Program in the United States

Rolex has officially launched its Certified Pre-Owned Program in the U.S. after introducing the initiative in December last year. The program will be available at select Tourneau, Bucherer, and Watches of Switzerland retail locations across the country, featuring signature Rolex Certified Pre-Owned plaques to authenticate secondhand items. Customers will also receive a guarantee card in the mail as further proof of authenticity.

Under the program, Rolex guarantees watches that date back at least three years with strict quality criteria that all Rolex timepieces must meet. Each pre-owned product earns a two-year international guarantee upon authentication, which remains valid in the Rolex domain. The program was first rolled out in six European countries and provides Rolex with further control over its highly-coveted timepieces in the $20 billion USD secondhand luxury watches market.
